Born in Puerto Rico, Nelly brings her island roots, faith, and passion for service into every dish she creates.
What began as a small home-based dessert business grew into full Puerto Rican catering, known for             authentic flavors that bring people together.
After serving communities in Virginia and Arizona, Nelly’s found its home in Brunswick, Georgia, where  demand continued to grow.
In November 2025, she launched Nelly’s on Wheels, a food truck dedicated to golden empanadas and classic Puerto Rican favorites.
Nelly is guided by her motto “Flavor with Purpose.
